Currently Informed understands the importance of taking care of ones' mental state and recognizes it's not always easy to do so. We strive to help increase access to mental health care for everyone. To begin this process of recovery, self-care is critical. Currently Informed participates in Self Care Sundays giving tips on our social media to take care of ones' physical and mental state every Sunday. You can find some of those tips below to start your journey!

Self-Care Tips

  • Drink water!
  • Sleep 8 hours
  • Journal when feeling overwhelmed with emotions
  • Take walks in nature!
  • Excerise on a daily level :)
  • Listen to music
  • Practice gratitude
  • Set goals & priorities
  • Reflect on positive parts of your day every night
  • Ask for help when you need it
